Informativa richiedenti informazioni in materia di protezione dei dati personali ai sensi dell’art. 13 d. lgs. 30.06.2003, n. 196 e s.m.i

In osservanza di quanto previsto ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 13 del D. Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196 e s.m.i., con la presente la EUWA Ltd, con sede a Londra, Company Number 9677204, Titolare del Trattamento, informa gli interessati delle finalità e modalità del trattamento dei dati raccolti, del loro ambito di comunicazione, nonché della natura del conferimento.

Finalità

I dati personali identificativi (costituiti da nome, cognome e indirizzo email) raccolti presso l’interessato costituiscono oggetto del trattamento e sono trattati ed utilizzati direttamente per dar seguito alla richiesta di informazioni nonchè per le finalità a ciò connesse e strumentali.

Modalità di trattamento

Il trattamento dei dati è eseguito attraverso supporti informatici e cartacei ad opera del titolare e degli incaricati appositamente nominati, con la garanzia che, in ogni caso, i dati verranno trattati in conformità del D.Lgs 196/2003 e s.m.i. I dati sono conservati in archivi cartacei ed informatici e sono assicurate le misure minime di sicurezza previste dal legislatore e quelle idonee a garantire l’adeguato livello di protezione per i dati oggetto del trattamento.

Comunicazione, diffusione e trasferimento dati all’estero

I dati non saranno diffusi, venduti o scambiati con soggetti diversi dal titolare, dai responsabili e dagli incaricati nominati senza il consenso espresso dell’interessato, salvo eventuali comunicazioni a terzi che si rendano necessarie al fine di dar seguito alle richieste dell’interessato. In ogni caso l’utilizzo da parte dei terzi avverrà nel completo rispetto del principio della correttezza e delle disposizioni di legge. I dati trattati dal Titolare possono essere trasferiti all’estero per il regolare perseguimento delle finalità descritte nel rispetto e in osservanza dell’art. 42 del D.lgs n. 196/2003 e s.m.i.

Diritti dell’interessato

L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere: a) l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati; b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati; c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato. Natura del conferimento e consenso
